Inspired by the life and work of Peruvian poet César Vallejo.

This interdisciplinary production combines dance, theatre, poetry and music to explore the life and work of César Vallejo. Through a fragmented narrative, it presents a collage of poetic impressions that evoke the poet's emotions and struggles, connecting with themes such as migration, social justice and resilience.
With a choreography that interweaves contemporary and traditional rhythms, accompanied by a rich musical selection, the work opens a space for artistic reflection on the complexity of Vallejo's legacy.

“On the Tightrope” comes to Theater Felina-Areal for the Freier Tanz im Delta Dance Festival.
A dance solo where the performer navigates a single line in the floor, struggling to fit his steps on it, metaphorically like an acrobat trying to keep his balance on a tightrope. Echoing the struggle to fit in the canons of beauty and societal expectations, while fighting for an authentic self.
